Welcome to DriveMe Vietnam. By booking or renting a vehicle through our website or any of our partners, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners. After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details about your rental. It is your responsibility to review and verify the information provided.
2. Payment and Deposit
DriveMe Vietnam offers car hire with No Credit Card and Low Deposit options. Payment can be made online or on pickup using a debit card or cash. Deposits, when required, are refundable after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
3. Driver Requirements
The driver must hold a valid driving license recognized in Vietnam and be at least 21 years old. For certain vehicle categories (SUV, luxury, or van), the minimum age may be 25 years. A valid passport or ID is also required at the time of pickup.
4. Vehicle Pickup and Return
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. Early returns are allowed, but no refund is provided for unused rental days.
5. Insurance and Liability
All vehicles include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance packages may be purchased for extra protection. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance or caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of traffic laws.
6. Fuel Policy
Cars are provided with a full or partially filled tank. The same level must be returned. If the fuel level is lower upon return, a refueling fee may apply.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start date. For later cancellations or no-shows, one rental day may be charged as a cancellation fee.
8. Use of Vehicle
The rented car may only be used within Vietnam. Off-road driving, racing, towing, or illegal use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental contract without refund.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information collected during the booking process is securely stored and used solely for rental purposes. DriveMe Vietnam complies with international privacy and data protection regulations.
